Birch Creek Trout Fishery raises top quality trout. brooks, browns, rainbows, palominos and steelhead. We sell to supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, organizations and landowners. Birch Creek Trout Fishery is one of the largest privately owned trout hatcheries in Pennsylvania. Our high protein trout feeding program gives us larger trout in a shorter period of time. You will not get that liver pellet taste from our trout. From our hatch house to the raceways, we do it better. The trout at Birch Creek do not stay in raceways. Our staff moves the trout to ponds to finish their growing cycle. This movement to the ponds offers the trout to grow bigger. Most trout you see raised at a hatchery will have fin rub from the raceway. Our trout have better fin structure and this presents our customers with a better quality product. When you need trout?
